Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Ferraro Admin account (operated by Ferraro Nova Inc.) and the personal data associated with it. Ferraro Admin is the staff app used by restaurant owners, managers, and staff to manage pickup orders. Staff sign in with an email and password.

Option A — Delete your entire account and data

You can request full deletion of your staff account and its associated personal data in either of these ways:

  1. Ask your restaurant owner or manager. Owners can remove a staff member from the restaurant in the app under Settings → Team / Members. Removing a member deletes that account's access and sign-in credentials.
  2. Email us directly. Send a deletion request to ferrarosystems@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. Include your restaurant name so we can verify your identity. We action verified requests within 30 days.

Option B — Delete some of your data (keep your account)

If you want specific personal data removed without closing your account, email ferrarosystems@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data” and describe what you would like removed. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your staff account and sign-in credentials (email and password hash)
  • Your role assignment at the restaurant
  • Your device push-notification token used for order alerts

What is retained (and for how long)

Some records are kept for security, dispute resolution, and legal or tax obligations, even after your account is deleted:

  • Order records belong to the restaurant (the data controller) and are retained while it remains a Ferraro customer, then deleted within 90 days.
  • Audit-log entries of actions you took are retained for up to 1 year.
  • Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.
  • Encrypted backups roll off automatically within 30 days.
